Welcome to another weekly rundown of what’s coming up and what’s set to depart from Netflix in the United States. It’s going to be another week focused on Netflix Originals for the most part.

Most Anticipated New Releases This Week
Girls5Eva (Seasons 1-3)
Coming to Netflix: March 14th
Adding to the list of shows Netflix has saved from cancellation is Girls5eva, which was revived away from Peacock for a third season. It will air exclusively on Netflix on Wednesday. The first two seasons are also heading to Netflix US for the first time.
Produced by Tina Fey, the show is about a 90s girl band group who went off in different directions following their one-hit-wonder but decided to reunite and give it another shot.
The show’s first two seasons are already streaming on most international regions, and for the most part, it didn’t light up the top 10s. Hopefully, in the United States, the show will perform much better. The YouTube video for the third season hasn’t cracked 100,000 views yet, so we’re not optimistic.
Irish Wish
Coming to Netflix: Friday
Lindsay Lohan is back at Netflix this week for her festive St. Patrick’s Day movie called Irish Wish. Starring alongside Ayesha Curry, Ed Speleers, and Alexander Vlahos, the movie is about a bridesmaid who has to hide her feelings when the love of her life is being married to someone else. A magical wish, however, sees her waking up as the bride-to-be.
Of course, more Lohan goodness is also on Netflix, with her 2022 Christmas movie still streaming and a new one titled Our Little Secret scheduled for release later this year.
Bandidos (Season 1) Netflix Original
Coming to Netflix: Wednesday
We don’t usually pick out international titles in our most anticipated list. Still, there’s something about Bandidos that might strike a chord with Netflixers globally – especially if you’re a fan of Outer Banks.
Here’s what you can expect from the new show that originates out of Mexico and stars Alfonso Dosal, Ester Expósito, and Juan Pablo Medina:
“After discovering an ancient map, Miguel, Lilí, Wilson, and other bandits embark on an adventure in the Mexican Caribbean full of dangers in an attempt to discover a treasure that has been lost for many years. Will they be able to achieve it with an improvised plan and a bit of good luck?”
