90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days star Veah Netherton has revealed that she’s married — but not to her onscreen love, Sunny Mahdi.

Veah, 28, confirmed her split from Sunny, who had starred alongside Veah on 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days’ seventh season on TLC, via Instagram on Monday, February 3.

Veah also revealed that after her breakup with Sunny, she married her dog sitter.
90 Day Fiance blogger Alexa Pomegranate wrote in a post, “Turns out that Veah married her dog sitter. But wait — he’s not just a dog sitter. He’s also part time in the military and a policeman.”
The post then claimed that Veah’s husband will eventually make an appearance on 90 Day Fiance franchise.
“He’s been an amazing partner, helping Veah through her hardest struggles with her health,” the post continued, referring to how Veah recently battled gallstones and a brain tumor.
Veah then shared the post on her own Instagram account and captioned the announcement, “Grateful,” along with a praying-hands emoji.
90 Day Fiance fans were shocked to hear the news, especially since Veah and Sunny were still together by the time they had filmed 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days’ four-part Tell All event, which just wrapped Sunday night on TLC.
“Is this real???” one Instagram user wrote.
“Where are the photos at[?]!” commented another person. “Wedding photos? Relationship photos? Anything? Lol I’m happy but of course we want to see.”
On 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days’ seventh season, Veah traveled from Florida to South Africa to be with Sunny and hopefully get engaged to him.
Veah and Sunny, however, faced major obstacles during Veah’s trip.
Veah, for instance, had brought her good friend — and ex-boyfriend — Rory along with her for the trip, which infuriated a jealous Sunny.
And Sunny’s father disapproved of Veah and Sunny’s romance considering Veah had no intention of converting to Islam and didn’t cover up her skin or tattoos.
Although Veah and Sunny seemed to fight more than they got along, Veah accepted Sunny’s marriage proposal at the end of the season and they planned for him to move to the United States to start a life together.

On Part 2 of the show’s Tell All, Veah revealed she and Sunny had briefly broken up for about a month because it was difficult to be happy together when Sunny’s father was so ashamed of their relationship.
Sunny — whose father wouldn’t speak to him — recalled how Veah needed space but then she ended up seeing someone else.
“In my brain, [I thought], ‘How could you do that?!'” Sunny lamented.
Veah explained how she had gone on one date with a man but nothing happened sexually.
“We went to Disney and then went our separate ways. We did not kiss,” Veah claimed.
Sunny admitted that he still got angry and jealous, especially when he discovered Veah had gone out with her dog sitter. Sunny said it freaked him out because Veah had said she was “just friends” with this man.
“We were 100 percent broken up, but the thing is, since then, we’ve been together and we’ve worked through… everything and everything has been good. Our relationship is the best it could ever be,” Veah shared.
Veah therefore shared at the time that she and Sunny were “back together” and had been for months already.
“Ultimately, my heart is with Sunny,” Veah gushed, adding how she and Sunny were able to move past her date with another guy.
Sunny then revealed how he planned to move to Bangladesh, where he’d stay for a couple of months until his visa got approved to join Veah in the United States. The pair had submitted their visa paperwork, but Sunny said he owed about $1,000 more.
Sunny then shared how he planned to teach Veah all about his culture and beliefs.
Sunny assumed Veah would change her mind and convert to Islam later in life, but Veah clarified how she had no desire to ever become a Muslim.
When their 90 Day Fiance co-star Vanja asked Sunny why his faith was more valid than Veah’s, Sunny replied, “Because I’m the man here!”

Veah said she and Sunny both believed in God and were striving for the same thing.
“One day when I have grandchildren, my father will forgive me and accept us,” Sunny declared.
90 Day Fiance star Adnan yelled at Sunny for staying with his “cheating” fiancee, but Veah interjected, “Did you just say cheating?!… I never cheated on Sunny! [And] I am definitely not lying.”
It’s not clear when exactly Veah and Sunny decided to call it quits for the second time.
