Phylicia Rashad Joins The Gilded Age Season 3 In Recurring Role

Phylicia Rashad, renowned for her Tony and Emmy-winning roles, is set to join HBO’s The Gilded Age for its upcoming third season. She will portray Mrs. Elizabeth Kirkland, a woman known for her high social standards, alongside Jordan Donica as her son, Dr. William Kirkland.

Additionally, Brian Stokes Mitchell, another Tony Award winner, will guest star as Frederick Kirkland, Mrs. Kirkland’s husband and a pastor in the local Black community.

This casting promises a dynamic addition to the series, blending seasoned Broadway talents with compelling characters in a period drama setting.
