Kevin Bacon is set to star in the eight-episode, half-hour Amazon Prime Video series The Bondsman, created by Grainger David and Blumhouse Television. The action-genre drama follows Hub Halloran, a backwoods bounty hunter who comes back from the dead with a second chance at life, love, and a forgotten musical career, only to find his old job has a demonic twist. Erik Oleson, showrunner for Carnival Row, will serve as showrunner via his CrimeThink production company. Production will start once labor negotiations are resolved.
