It is no secret that Amy Halterman does some off-putting things. She never cleans her nails and has an unkempt home. Additionally, she has such an obsession with horror that she has named her son after two iconic horror characters. Fans have also worried about her health more than once. Yet, there is one thing that Amy does that fans are just completely tired of her doing and are begging her to stop. They have even asked her sister, Tammy Slaton to cut back on it, as well.
Amy Halterman has an obsession with filters. Despite having extremely colorful hair and her nails done up, she always opts for filters on every social media app. A little over a month ago, fans were coming after Amy to just embrace her natural self. This is even more prevalent now that she and Tammy are dropping weight and look naturally beautiful. According to The Sun, Amy went on TikTok and had something new to share. It was black and white but the filter gave her blueberry-colored lips. They somewhat matched her hair.
It also gave her matching blue eyes and a blue highlight around her lids. Though she looked beautiful, it was highly unnatural. One follower had this to say: “Amy your so pretty you don’t need any filters love just the way you are ❤️.” Another added: “Filters. No. Just bad not real self.” Someone asked for real photos of the mother of two which is what fans seemingly want to see. Of course, some just told her how beautiful she was, in general, no matter what.
Will She Ever Stop?
Fans have long been asking Amy Halterman to give up the filters but they seem to make her happy. Therefore, if they make her feel good about herself and they are not hurting anyone, they seem to be fine. It is just sad that she does not see how beautiful she is without them. Then again, she and her family have struggled with weight issues for so long so hiding behind a filter probably was the easiest fix.
