Sam McKinney made it far during the journey. However, Jenn decided she needed to send him home before the rose ceremony. When they went on a group date, they were supposed to answer questions about Jenn. However, Sam could not seem to talk about Jenn at all. He was saying things that did not relate to the questions whatsoever. This confused Jenn. She decided she needed to go have a conversation with him. However, that conversation only confused her worse. She ended up sending him home because she did not feel as though he was being genuine.

It seems as though fans are fed up with how Sam acted on the show. He made it far, but Jenn was not feeling it in the end. Their connection was purely physical. Sam would not allow it to get deeper.
