AnnaLynne McCord’s official start date on Days Of Our Lives has finally arrived. Viewers can expect to see the 90210 star on the soap opera this week. AnnaLynne McCord Signed A One-Year Contract
In December 2023, AnnaLynne McCord signed a one-year contract to join the cast of Days Of Our Lives. The long-running soap opera was picked up by Peacock in 2023 for an additional two seasons. Since then, it has been a top performer on the streaming platform.
It has been a top 10 title since it started airing on Peacock. The current contract for the show will bring the soap opera through its 60th season. Right now, there is no word on what will happen after that. That being said, they are bringing in new cast members like McCord to take on new (or old) roles.
Before taking on the new role on Days, McCord acted in several other television shows. She appeared on the CW’s 90210 from 2008 through 2013 as Naomi Clark. Some of her other credits include DC’s Legends Of Tomorrow, Let’s Get Physical, The Night Shift, and Secrets And Lies.
Who Will McCord Play On Days Of Our Lives?
According to a synopsis for the episode, a mystery woman will be arriving in Salem on June 19. Many people assume that Abigail Devereaux is making her way back into town. The role has been played by three other actresses on Days Of Our Lives in the past. Abigail, who was previously played by Kate Mansi, Marci Miller, and Ashley Benson, has been on a hiatus.
Because the character has been portrayed by multiple people before, many fans think that AnnaLynne McCord’s role on the show might be to pick Abigail’s storyline back up.
Marci Miller was last seen as Abigail Devereaux in 2022. Prior to that, Kate Mansi played the character on the Peacock soap series until 2020. Ashley Benson had her own time in the role from 2004 until 2007.
There is no confirmation as to what role McCord will be playing on Days Of Our Lives. Producers at Days aren’t giving away any secrets. It could be a much less conspicuous role, or it could be that of Abigail Devereaux. Fans will just have to wait and see what her premiere episode reveals this week.
