Jennifer Aniston is rocking a fresh new haircut as she reunites with a former castmate on a much-anticipated sequel.
The former Friends star appeared on the set of Murder Mystery 2 with Adam Sandler while showing off her new look.
The two actors posed for photos snuggled close together with the seascape as their backdrop in her Instagram account.
In the picture, the star looked quite tropical. She was dressed in a Fleur Du Mal robe with a floral rose print. The actress wore a cami or bralette under the robe for an added layer.
For bottoms, the Friends alum donned some white cotton shorts, further accessorizing with some black sunnies.
Along with the outfit, Jennifer Aniston revealed a new haircut with bangs for her role in the comedy’s sequel.
Jennifer Aniston Shows Off New ‘Do
In the new Instagram post, the actress didn’t just share the photo. She also shared a video of several people on set. It appeared at first glance at the very least, that quite a bit of fun was being had.
In the video, Sandler can be seen throwing up a peace sign to the camera in a blue polo and black sunglasses. The post reads, “Back to work with my buddy #MurderMystery2.”
Sandler stood by her side with a grin from ear to ear. The Wedding Singer comedian also wore sunglasses and a pink and white striped polo with cream-colored bottoms. The pair gave of a vibe that is absolutely part of the theme of the movie. Their characters are supposed to be a couple on vacation. They looked that way in the photo as well. Both outfits were simple and breezy, perfect for long days in the sun and onset.
If the two stars weren’t world-renowned actors, a regular onlooker might think the picture meant they really were just a couple of pals hanging out on the beach.
Murder Mystery 2 Seizing On Popularity
Jennifer Aniston and her comedy pal are shooting a sequel that was a bit of a surprise hit on Netflix. The first Murder Mystery movie appeared on the streaming service in 2019 and featured Sandler as a police detective who was vacationing with his wife.
It turns out the trip is part of a long-promised European trip. On the way to that vacation, a chance meeting on the flight gets them invited to an intimate family gathering on the Super Yacht of elderly billionaire Malcolm Quince.
After Quince is murdered, Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler’s characters become the prime suspects in a modern-day whodunit.
So far, the plot of the new film isn’t officially public. But it appears plenty of people were interested enough that the Friends alum sported a new ‘do for the recent pic.
