Joey Graziadei Defends Sydney Gordon
E!News spoke with Joey Graziadei about everything that went down with Sydney Gordon. The drama was getting so out of hand that The Bachelor decided to take them on a two-on-one date. He ended up sending Sydney home. However, he still feels bad that once she was gone the drama followed her home.
Joey said that anyone who has been through this knows how tough the process can be. He said that there are times one wishes they could go back and change things or perhaps while watching it all back they see themselves in a light they didn’t expect. Regardless, Joey says “No one should be treated with any type of that cruelness that Sydney has been getting.”
Sydney has had tons of hate that is affecting her mental health. She shared her story on Instagram after being sent home by Joey. In response to that, Joey said, “I did get to know her in other ways that you obviously didn’t see on the show. I think she’s a very sweet person. I obviously know that she’s shared that she got lost in the drama that was going on. But no one deserves to be treated that way regardless of what people’s opinions are.”
What Joey Won’t Do When Drama Is Concerned
Joey Graziadei shared what he won’t do where drama is concerned. He said if someone has an issue they are more than welcome to come talk to him about it and he will listen. However, he will not go chasing answers. That is not why is there. But, if the girls did bring something to him he wanted them to feel like it was a safe place to talk.
Joey tried to just focus on the connections he was building and hoped the girls were doing the same.
