Pregnancy rumors swirled a month ago
As we reported on February 5th, Duggar fans have been convinced Joy-Anna Forsyth was pregnant with baby #3 for a little while now. A month ago, Joy-Anna posted a photo of Evelyn rocking a shirt that said “Best Sister.” Her Instagram followers, however, did NOT think the shirt said “best”. A lot of fans thought the shirt actually said “Big Sister” and quickly assumed this was Joy’s way of announcing her pregnancy.
Eight weeks ago, Joy-Anna Forsyth also caused pregnancy rumors to swirl when she posted a family photo. Fans noted it looked like she had positioned her daughter in the photo to hide a baby bump.
On Reddit, fans note that Joy took a month off of Instagram at the beginning of the year. Joy-Anna has a habit of taking Instagram breaks when she’s pregnant.

Joy-Anna posted a very long video on YouTube of her recent family trip to California. The video gave Duggar Snarks a lot to talk about. One thing they really focused on was the protruding baby bump they busted Joy with during some of the video. Was Joy-Anna Forsyth pregnant with baby #3? During their family vacation, Joy-Anna and Austin took their two children to a railroad museum. While they were exploring the museum, fans believe they spotted a baby bump on Joy. Here’s some of what Duggar followers had to say about the alleged baby bump and pregnancy:
