Ken Urker Details Why He’s Never Letting Gypsy Rose Go
Gypsy Rose Blanchard loved Ken Urker even after he broke her heart. She started talking to Ryan Scott Anderson in 2020 and they soon fell for one another. Yet, she always had Ken on her mind and Ryan knew this. The two got engaged but it was unclear how the marriage could survive when her heart was somewhere else. Ryan and Gypsy wed in 2022 and the following year, she was granted early parole. That was when she and Ryan got to live as husband and wife but she soon realized this was not it.

Gypsy also learned that Ken was single and had always loved her, never imagining she would marry someone else. After three months out of prison, Gypsy packed up her things and left Ryan, returning home to be with her parents. She reconnected with Ken and in no time, she was pregnant. They welcomed a daughter, Aurora on December 28th, 2024, a year to the day that Gypsy was released. The couple cannot live together just yet but they have two nights a week they can enjoy. Now, Ken is opening up about why he will never let Gypsy get away again.
According to People, Ken Urker reconnected with Gypsy when she came back to live with her parents. He had come to visit her which was the first time they had seen each other since her release. This led to their baby and him relocating but what does he love most about her:
“I couldn’t be more proud to have her as the mother of our child and as a partner in life. And I think that even after all the things that she’s gone through, that was one of the things that I loved about her from the beginning.”
Singing Her Praises
Ken Urker did not stop there when it came to singing Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s praises. He gushed over how kind and loving she is, the fact that all she went through as a kid has not impaired who she is:
“She retained such a kind spirit and loving personality. You would think that on paper, that somebody who had been through that much trauma would be affected in some of the worst ways. And for her, I didn’t see it. I saw such a incredible spirit and soul. That’s what ultimately made me fall in love with her.”
It is very apparent that Ken realized that Gypsy was his soulmate and that maybe the time apart was best for them. Had they not had these hiccups along the way, they may never have found a path back to each other. This next chapter of their lives will be documented in Season 2 of her Lifetime series, Life After Lockup. It will showcase him getting the paternity test and all of the drama surrounding that.
