MAFS Season 14 fans are starting to think that Olajuwon shouldn’t have tied the knot. They’re thinking that in fact, it appears from his behavior, that he should have stayed single.
For the couples of Married At First Sight Season 14, the pressure is now starting to grow. The couples have returned from their honeymoons.
As they all gear up to move into their neutral apartments, the following few months where they have to live together is crucial.
While there are some happy couples mixed in with the ones who don’t seem like they’re going to last, even the happy pairings are starting to hit some rocks.
MAFS Season 14 Fans Think Olajuwon Made A Mistake
Since Married at First Sight Season 14 began, Olajuwon has made it clear time and again that he wanted a wife that could cook. While Olajuwon can’t cook himself, he has certainly been piling on the pressure on his new wife Katina to do so.
As they moved into their new apartments, Olajuwon fully settled into roleplaying with Katina cooking, mentioning that he’d constantly be on her back when it came to home-cooked food. However, Katina mentioned in the confessionals that she is not the best at it, seeing that up until now, she’s only been concerned with feeding herself and often ate out.
At the same time, she’s made it clear that she’s willing to put her best foot forward. However, this is where MAFS fans started to have a problem with her husband.
“I’m sorry am I your personal chef?” one fan tweeted out after watching the latest episode. “He’s talking about imma be on you about my meals. Yeah go ahead and give me the divorce papers I’ll sign them rn.”
“I’m not sure why Olajuwon thinks that another adult human can cook for him every day when he couldn’t do it for himself,” another added. “It’s cool if she can do that but he should be understanding if she can’t.”
Some fans had even more aggressive responses to the way that the reality star was behaving towards his wife.
“I see why Olajuwon is single & should have STAYED single,” yet another fan wrote. “She is your wife NOT your mother you peasant.”
Reactions Are Almost Entirely Uniform
While these sorts of shows tend to have some people reacting one way and some another, that doesn’t really appear to be the case with MAFS Season 14 so far.
In fact, while people seem to like Olajuwon ok at times, his demands that Katina make him dinner has caused almost everyone to turn against him.
Of course, these shows are usually set up a certain way. It’s entirely possible we’ll see something in the next few episodes to turn people’s opinions around. For now, though, MAFS fans are almost entirely in agreement. They think it appears Olajuwon should have stayed single rather than go about his marriage this way.
