The reality TV star had an adorable very young baby resting on her bust. Whitney had her face pressed against the top of the newborn’s head as she went in for a sniff. In the caption of her Instagram post, Whitney Way Thore sent her followers into a frenzy as she asked who the “sweet baby” belonged to.
Whitney Way Thore has always yearned for a baby
At the age of 38, Whitney Way Thore knows she’s running out of time to conceive and carry a baby of her own. As fans that follow the TLC star know, she has yearned for a baby. It has come up as part of the plan for all of her relationships. This is also why the end of her relationship with Chase weighed on her heart and the hearts of fans so heavily as he was living her dream of having a baby with someone else.
Who does this secret baby belong to?
Now, as far as My Big Fat Fabulous Life fans know, Whitney Way Thore has not had a baby. Overweight individuals who get pregnant, however, don’t always have obvious baby bumps though. Moreover, a pregnancy would certainly explain why she hasn’t appeared to drop any weight in the past nine months.
It, however, is also possible the baby just isn’t hers. Likewise, it is even possible she decided to adopt or explore surrogacy. MBFFL fans were quick to pop into the comments of her post with who they thought the baby might belong to.
For starters, there were a lot of fans who speculated this could be her pal Buddy’s baby. His Instagram, however, doesn’t even remotely suggest he was expecting or had a baby.

Many fans assumed Whitney would not be sharing any additional information on who this secret baby belonged to. Was this just a teaser to get fans hyped up for the next season of MBFFL? The overwhelming majority of fans, however, seemed to be convinced this was Buddy’s baby. A few noted there was no way the baby could belong to Whitney because she didn’t have enough emotion in the photo.
