Outdaughtered fans have long loved the man known as Uncle Dale Mills. While he’s not exactly the star of the show, he’s appeared on the program quite often. He’s in fact, one of the most popular people on the cast.
However, because the show centers around the Bubsy quints and their parents, there’s still quite a bit viewers don’t know about him. Right at the top of the list of things people want to know, is what exactly he does for a living.
Outdaughtered Star Is Quite The Family Man
While it’s not the job that helps him earn a living, his biggest and most important job is that of a parent and husband. Uncle Dale and Crystal Mills share two children, son Bronson, and daughter McKenzie.
He’s often made it clear that being a good father and husband is one of the most important things in life. He regularly shares snaps from his daughter and son’s various sports outings. He also shares plenty of pics from when the family is just spending time together.
Being a good husband also means taking time out for one on one time with his wife. To that end, he also posts his many adventures with Crystal.
And then, of course, he spends quite a bit of time with his extended family. That means he hangs out with Adam and Danielle Busby and their many children.
Uncle Dale Mills and Crystal have been married for 13 years and reside in Texas. It turns out that the pair were actually introduced by Danielle when they were just 19-years-old. He’s since admitted that it’s a bit of a miracle that Crystal stuck with him as long as she has.
Especially since when they were first dating, he lived with several other guys in a house that looked like you might expect when four young guys are living together.
So How Does Uncle Dale Mills Make His Money?
The unassuming reality star does hold down a real job as well. He’s Director of Sales for Lance Rental Company in their pump division, according to his LinkedIn Page.
Lance Rental Company services rents pump and filtration equipment. The Outdaughtered star has worked there since 2018.
While it appears he’s done a good job there, things haven’t always been rosey.
Like so many other people across the country, the COVID pandemic had a very negative affect on his company. The inability to meet people face to face and to keep a staff together was hard for the business.
There was even one episode of Outdaughtered where he told Crystal how bad things got. The man known as Uncle Dale Mills even said that the pandemic had him worried moving forward that it would affect his ability to provide for his family.
