Love Island USA Season 5 jets from California to the sandy beaches of Fiji, and with that comes a new luxury villa in which the cast will stay. Host Sarah Hyland is giving a tour of the new Love Island villa ahead of the Season 5 premiere on Tuesday, July 18 on Peacock. See the lavish new digs in the video tour above.
Hyland says “more Islanders than ever before” will trek the halls of this new villa as Season 5 drops new episodes weekly on Peacock. Set in Fiji, the new season will feature a new group of “sexy singles” on a search for love in the villa, the streaming service teases.
“Throughout their stay in a tropical oasis, Islanders will couple up to face brand new heart-racing challenges and bigger twists and turns than ever before,” the synopsis continues. “Temptations will rise and drama will ensue as new ‘bombshells’ arrive throughout the season, forcing Islanders to decide if they want to remain with their current partners or recouple with someone new. Islanders will also be at the mercy of viewers at home who will vote to determine who gets another shot at love and who leaves the villa heartbroken and empty-handed.”
Hyland hosts alongside UK comedian Iain Stirling, who reprises his role as narrator. Season 5 will also feature a special guest appearance from Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix, who will surprise Islanders during the season’s second week. In a previous interview with TV Insider (conducted before the SAG-AFTRA strike authorization on July 13), Hyland said things are going to get “very steamy” in the villa.
“We’ll have a lot of sexy, steamy beach challenges,” she said. “The villa’s on the beach. All of our dates will be elevated and fully using the Fijian landscape, so that’s exciting. I’m honestly kind of jealous about that. We’re starting off the coupling up in a very different way, and nobody has ever seen it like this before. It’s very exciting.”
Featured in this all-new villa is the return of the classic Love Island heart shower on the beachfront, a new arrivals runway flanked by brightly colored mirrors, a new hideaway covered in floor-to-ceiling faux fur (complete with its own “PRESS HERE FOR A GOOD TIME” button for additional surprises), and “the biggest hot tub ever” situated in a private garden.

- Islander Beach: Sandy beachfront lounge area for relaxing and tanning.
- Bula Bar: Outdoor bar for Islanders to gather around, flirt and spill the tea.
- The Sunset Nook: Amazing new snug area that has a rounded couch looking over the beach surrounded by palm trees and mirrored plexiglass.
- Vibe Check: For the first time ever, a private lounge area is inside the villa for quiet chats that can convert to a sleeping area for an Islander who wants to sleep away from their couple or two Islanders who aren’t yet in a couple.
- Infinity Pool with a glass front edge for audiences to catchall the fun above and below the water.
- Gym area overlooking the ocean.
- New fire pits: 1 main fire pit and 2 mini fire pits.
