Scheana Shay is sparking concern among fans. They think she’s putting her daughter in danger. This comes after Scheana and her fiance Brock Davies shared new engagement photos on social media. The Aussie fitness trainer and the Vanderpump Rules got engaged at their Los Angeles home in July 2021.

However, they’re still in engagement bliss. The couple hasn’t set a wedding date as of yet. Scheana has been busy sharing photos from their special day. BE Studios in San Diego, California, snapped the photos that took up her Instagram feed. Scheana wore a white low-cut dress with a high slit, while Brock wore a button-down shirt with tan pants.

Their adorable daughter wore a white dress and pigtails. But, there’s something about the photo that concerns fans.

Scheana Shay slammed for her long nails

Scheana Shay simply captioned the shot: “Love…” You can see the photo for yourself in all its glory here. She paired her look with long black hair and even longer pink nails. The Bravo star showed off her bright pink nail polish, which is topped off with French tips.

Some of the fans couldn’t help but notice Scheana’s nails. They took to the Vanderpump Rules subreddit to comment on the photo. While most of them agreed that the family looked nice, they were concerned about Scheana’s daughter. They wondered how the new mom could hold her baby with nails like that.

“Was just gonna post the same! The photos are beautiful but the nails make them so tacky! I feel this super long nail trend can go on a very very long [vacation].”
“They look like press on’s [sic] to me, which is why I think the polish/pattern is so ugly.”
“I can’t stand her nails. I feel like this has become her favorite style and it’s awful.”
“AND dangerous to her baby.”
“I’m a nurse. Those nails are so full of bacteria and poop. Could make her baby soooo sick.”

Pump Rules star loves her nails

Scheana Shay doesn’t care what the haters think. She has no intentions of removing her nails. In January 2021, she posted a Q&A vlog on YouTube with Brock. The couple answered fan-submitted questions. One of them wanted to know if she plans to remove her nails once her baby arrives.

“The nails are staying,” Scheana Shay said. “I think the nails will go shorter, maybe a slightly different shape, but the nails are staying.”

The reality star tried to go without nails. However, she only lasted 48 hours. Scheana Shay said she felt naked without them. Her nails are a big part of her life.
