Robyn Brown and Mykelti Padron are extraordinarily close. This was stated when Mykelti was preparing to deliver her first child, Avalon back in April 2021. As it turns out, Kody and Christine’s daughter had lived with Robyn at some point. Therefore, a strong bond was formed between the two. Robyn was wanted at Avalon’s home birth along with Christine but she just could not make it. Luckily, she was a great support via Zoom. Now, Mykelti delivered twin boys on November 17th but who was with her? Did Robyn make an appearance despite the dissension between her and Christine? Read on for more details.
Was Robyn Brown Present For The Birth Of Mykelti’s Twins?
In recent episodes of Sister Wives, Robyn and her former sister wife, Christine have had a lot of problems. It came to the point where Christine revealed that she wanted space from both Robyn and Meri. The only sister wife she wanted to remain close to was Kody’s second wife, Janelle. This was shortly after Mykelti had given birth to her first child. Then, over the summer of 2022, Mykelti revealed that she was expecting once again. Furthermore, she and her husband, Tony were pregnant with twins.
They soon revealed that they were going to be having twin boys. It had been very important that Robyn was there for Mykelti’s first delivery so would she make it for the second? As it turns out, Robyn did make it out to Utah to see the twins’ arrival. Luckily, an induction date was set as Mykelti’s initial due date was set for December though she knew they could come earlier. By the end of October, she was measured at 47 weeks so they could come at any time.
In a new Instagram post from Tony, he praises the team that they had for the delivery, including the “moms.” He is seen posing with both Christine and Robyn which is quite the switch from what is seen on TV. In additional photos, all of the grandmas were in attendance, holding the babies, including Tony’s mother. “So sweet that Robyn was able to make this birth! Christine and your mama look soooo blissful❤️ those grand babies are so loved!” one follower commented.
Coming Together For Family
In last Sunday’s episode of Sister Wives, Mykelti made a big point of gathering the family together as her mother prepared to leave Flagstaff. She felt that Christine deserved a proper sendoff. Furthermore, she wanted to show the family that they were still a cohesive unit even if her mom was not a permanent fixture. This message may have seemed hokey at the time. However, it must have resonated as Robyn was right there for Mykelti when it was very important.
