At the end of the clip, there is a card reading, “In Loving Memory of Baldasarre Joseph Passante April 23, 1952-October 26, 2020.”

Photos in the video showed a young Brandi with her dad. In several snapshots, he is holding her. Another shows her sitting in a stroller with her dad pushing behind her. The photos were accompanied by the song “When I Get To Heaven” by John Prine.

Fans hopped in the comments to show their support for the Storage Wars star.

“Wow he was too young. Kisses darlin,” one follower wrote. Another commented, “May his memory be a blessing.” A third person assured her, “They’re always with us Brandi! I lost my dad 5 years ago and ALWAYS feel his presence. Take care!” A fourth fan commented, “That man really loved you!”

Brandi Was Extremely Close With Her Father

When Brandi’s father died in 2020, she updated her Instagram with a throwback photo of the two of them when she was still an infant. She updated the location for the post as “Actual Hell.”

In the caption, she wrote lyrics from Willie Nelson’s song “Angel Flying Too Close To The Ground.”

Then Brandi continued, “I always smile when I think of you. I was most definitely a daddy’s girl. I can’t think of a time that you ever got mad at me or yelled at me. I absolutely, used that to my advantage. I will miss you terribly. Now if everyone I love, could stop dying in such close proximity that would be great.”

A couple of weeks after that, she shared a post stating that she was trying to “laugh through the tears” in relation to losing her dad.

Around the same time, the news broke about Brandi Passante and Jarrod Schulz’s breakup. The couple previously appeared on Storage Wars together but announced their split in 2020 after being separated for a couple of years.

Storage Wars is available to stream on Hulu.
