Ashley “Deadeye” Jones became known to fans through her appearances on Swamp People. However, since then, she’s also kept fans up-to-date about her life on social media. Recently, the TV personality shared an emotional moment with fans.
Ashely Jones Thought Of Heaven As She Wished Someone Special A Happy Birthday
Jones appeared on Swamp People throughout Seasons 10 to 15. As seen on the show, she was based in Belle River, Louisiana, as a gator hunter.
Earlier this years, Jones revealed she would be leaving Swamp People. On social media, however, she has often given fans various updates on her life.
In one recent post, Jones could be seen with her son, notably during a special day for him. However, the moment came with an emotional message, touching on the one thing you take with you in the end.
As Jones shared in the caption, “You know the only thing you get to bring to heaven with you is your children! One day I’ll be there with my dad and hopefully many years later they will be with us again too.”
“Pour in to your children the most, they are the only thing that’s forever! Picture with my oldest bc it’s his BIRTHDAY and he’s the one who made me a mama! I love you son!”
In addition to her work as a gator hunter, Jones is also known for running her own law firm. In her personal life, she lives with her husband Chad. They have also share three children together.
As mentioned, Jones previously announced that she was leaving Swamp People. At the time, she noted she was unsure if this would be permanent or was just taking a break.
Jones Cited Her Family As A Reason Behind Her Recent Break From Swamp People
During this time, Jones also highlighted how important it was for her to be spending time with her children. As she wrote, “Well y’all I’m retiring from Swamp People (or fore[sic] sure taking a break)!”
I know many of you will be sad to hear this and I can only pray for your continued support. I’ve gotten to a time in my life where missing the first month of school with my kids really affects their entire school year. They are also older and involved in a lot that I will not miss for any amount of money.”
Taking to the comments on Jones’ more recent post, many fans shared their well-wishes for Jones and her family. In particular, many wished Jones’ son a “Happy Birthday.” Some comments included:
