Within the fifth season, Diane (Christine Baranski) is compelled to query whether or not it’s acceptable for her to assist run an African American legislation agency with Liz (Audra McDonald) when the agency loses two high attorneys. In the meantime, Marissa (Sarah Steele) and the agency change into entangled with Hal Wackner (Mandy Patinkin), a daily Chicagoan who decides to open his personal courtroom at the back of a duplicate store.
