Tori Roloff of Little People, Big World shared a rather concerning photo of her youngest child Josiah with a bloody and battered foot on her Instagram Stories. Unsurprisingly, the gruesome photo sent a surge of panic through her 1.9M followers. What happened to the youngster? How did he hurt his foot? Why did she post this photo with no explanation?
Fans can only assume Tori Roloff’s DMs on Instagram were flooded with questions and concerns about Josiah’s foot. What happened to it? Why was it covered in blood? Zach Roloff’s wife ended up resharing the bloody and battered photo on her Instagram Stories a second time. This time, however, it was to calm the LPBW fans that were currently freaking out. So, she included a caption on the photo. The caption was an explanation of what happened to Josiah’s foot.
Tori Roloff explains Josiah’s bloody and battered foot
At first glance, it appeared as if Tori Roloff shared a photo of her son Josiah with a bloody and battered foot. There appeared to be a large dark clot of blood on the back of his tiny feet under his toes. And, it looked as though there was blood in between his toes as well. Did he cut his foot on something?
“What?!” Tori Roloff exclaimed in a caption she attached to the photo when she reshared it. She also included a face-palm emoji as she couldn’t believe the outcry. She quickly proceeded to reassure her large following that there was nothing wrong with her son Josiah or his foot. In fact, that wasn’t actually blood in the photo. Turns out, he had just enjoyed a sweet treat when the photo was taken. And, the red substance all over his foot and toes was just berry filling from the cake he consumed.
Taking a second look at the photo, there is also a white substance on his foot which fans can now assume is frosting. Likewise, there appears to be a significant amount of cake crumbs and frosting smeared and scattered all over his tiny pants too.
Fans were annoyed that she scared them
A large number of her fans took to other social media platforms to express their outrage as she should have been more careful with what she posts on social media. Fans were annoyed because clarifying the cake when she first posted the photo would have prevented the panic wave that the photo sent through the LPBW fan base.
Fortunately, Tori Roloff has cleared the air and there is absolutely nothing wrong with Josiah or his foot.
