Jackson Lee Davis/PrimeTV renewal and cancellation season is in full swing. After a busy March, April has picked up the baton, handing out the month’s first renewal and cancellation to the same show. Disney’s Wizards Beyond Waverly Place will return this summer on Disney+ and Disney Channel for a third season, which will bring the show to an end. Even magical powers can only take you so far in today’s cutthroat TV landscape. Prime Video’s rock band drama The Runarounds was also yanked off the stage after one season.
Meanwhile, Netflix handed a quick renewal to Love on the Spectrum. The reality series landed a fifth season just two days after the premiere of Season 4.
