A crew of paranormal investigators is out of labor. Amazon Prime Video has cancelled the Fact Seekers TV collection so, there gained’t be a second season.
A supernatural comedy collection from Nick Frost and Simon Pegg, Truth Seekers stars Frost, Pegg, Samson Kayo, Malcolm McDowell, Emma D’Arcy, and Susan Wokoma. The story follows a crew of part-time paranormal investigators who crew as much as uncover and movie ghost sightings throughout the UK. They share their adventures on a web-based channel for all to see. Nonetheless, as they stake out haunted church buildings, underground bunkers, and deserted hospitals with their array of do-it-yourself ghost-detecting gizmos, their supernatural experiences develop extra frequent, extra terrifying, and even lethal, as they start to uncover a conspiracy that would result in Armageddon for your entire human race.
The primary and solely season of Fact Seekers debuted on October 30th, simply forward of Halloween. All eight episodes had been launched directly by the streaming service.
In a now-deleted video on his Instagram account, Frost revealed that Fact Seekers had been cancelled. Per British Comedy Guide:
“Sadly, Fact Seekers won’t be returning for a second season”, including the information was “an enormous kick within the willy for me.” Thanking the present’s followers for his or her assist, he mentioned: “We actually put our all into this – our coronary heart and soul, and blood in some circumstances, so to not come again is basically unhappy for us. I feel we had numerous beautiful ghost tales to inform… tales that may stay now untold.”
