Soundtrack: Cancelled by Netflix; No Season Two for Musical Sequence

Put away the boombox. Netflix has canceled Soundtrack after only one season. The collection premiered on the streaming service on December 18, 2019. Just a bit over a month, the collection is being proven the exit door, per Deadline.

The solid of Soundtrack options Jenna Dewan, Callie Hernandez and Madeline Stowe, Jahmil French, Campbell Scott, Marianne Jean-Baptiste, Megan Ferguson and Evan Whitten. Dewan isn’t have one of the best of luck currently. It’s seemingly the present she hosted on FOX, Flirty Dancing, can even be canceled. That collection was moved to Saturday night to complete out its first season in January.

Soundtrack was written by Josh Safran, who was the showrunner of Quantico. That collection aired on ABC for 3 seasons. The Netflix collection was “a romantic musical drama that appeared on the love tales connecting a various, disparate group of individuals in modern Los Angeles by means of the music that lives inside their hearts and minds.”
