As Summer comes to an end and the crisp Autumn evenings set in, get yourselves ready for a fantastic line-up of new titles on Netflix UK this October. Here’s your first look at what’s coming.

There are plenty of movies to look forward to on Netflix in October, such as Ben Affleck’s new political thriller Animals and a new action-comedy starring Anya Taylor-Joy and Chris Evans, Sacrifice. Also, make sure to look out for some of Netflix’s new non-English-language films, such as the Swedish comedy The Storm and the Spanish drama Collision Course.

On the television side of things, it’s even more stacked. With brand-new shows such as East of Eden, the adaptation of John Steinbeck’s beloved novel, starring Florence Pugh. Josh Hartnett takes on a deep-sea creature terrorizing an isolated fishing town, and we will also see the return of beloved titles such as Lupin, Nobody Wants This, and The Diplomat.

On the animated front, this is another great month for subscribers, with brand-new weekly anime including Blue Box, Ramparts of Ice, and Ranma 1/2. There is also the return of the hilarious adult-animated comedy series Haunted Hotel.
