90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? star Loren Goldstone has revealed whether she’s happy she followed through with her decision to have drastic “mommy makeover” surgery after having three kids.

Loren, 35, revealed in an interview with Us Weekly on Thursday, April 25 that her surgery lasted “seven hours” but it only felt like a “good nap” for her.

Loren said her recovery was supposed to be six weeks but her healing took longer than anticipated because of an infection.
Loren admitted that she didn’t take her recovery “seriously” at first and continued on with her daily life and tasks for sons Shai, 4, and Asher, 2, as well as daughter Ariel, 20 months.
“I can’t just sit there and look at a pile of laundry or dishes,” Loren explained. “I just can’t, so I kind of backtracked a bit, but you’ll see all about it [on the show’s currently airing eighth season].”
When Loren wasn’t feeling well, her husband Alexei Brovarnik apparently stepped up to the plate and took care of things around the house for his family.
But Loren insisted she has “no regrets” about her intensive mommy makeover.
“I would be lying if I said that the body dysmorphia is gone. It’s not something that goes away overnight,” Loren confessed of her years-long mental health battle.
“And now that I’ve done the surgery, I want to be the best version of myself, so I’m harder on myself. I want to work out and feel good and look good, but I don’t have any regrets. I’m just day by day.”
Loren said she’s known for a while that she wanted a mommy makeover.
“When I got pregnant with Shai, I said to Alex, ‘When we’re done having kids,'” Loren recalled.
“I knew [I wanted it] because a woman’s body goes through things, right? And we were very lucky to get pregnant back-to-back-to-back, but then my muscles just didn’t go back.”
Loren had abdominal diastasis in which the ab muscles separate due to her multiple pregnancies in several years.

Loren said she felt like she was “foreshadowing” going under the knife, and she thought the best time to do it was while her children were still young.
“Get it done and over with because they’re going to want us or need us more as they get older,” Loren explained. “So it’s done and it’s over with. It’s behind us.”
Loren’s mommy makeover included a tummy tuck because she said her muscles were “separated.”
“They count them in units, mine were four units apart,” Loren said of her ab muscles. “So I had a tummy tuck and [the doctor] put my muscles back together.”
The 90 Day Fiance star also got liposuction 360 in which fat was drawn from her abdomen and used to plump up her breasts. Loren said, however, some of the fat was lost in transfer during the procedure, which was “expected.”
“I personally didn’t want implants, so it wasn’t the best health choice for me, but I’m happy,” Loren shared. “The silver lining is I feel great and I am tightened.”
Loren from Hollywood Beach, FL, and Alexei from Nazareth Illit, Israel, initially appeared on Season 3 of 90 Day Fiance followed by the first two seasons of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?.
Loren and Alexei also starred on Loren & Alexei: After the 90 Days in early 2022.
After meeting on Loren’s birthright trip to Israel, she visited Alexei five times in one year before he popped the question.

Alexei said he applied for a Tourist Visa twice but got denied and so the couple decided to apply for a K-1 visa instead.
Once Alexei got approved for the K-1 visa and traveled to America, the couple had to overcome some challenges, such as Loren having strippers at her bachelorette party, but they still got married during his 90-day visit in September 2015.
Loren, who took Alexei’s last name of Brovarnik, and Alexei also subsequently had a second ceremony in Israel in July 2016 so both of their families could celebrate and witness their union.
It didn’t take long for Loren to get baby fever, and the couple welcomed their first child, Shai, in April 2020 — just five months before their five-year wedding anniversary.
Loren and Alexei announced they were expecting Baby No. 2 in March 2021, and Loren gave birth to Asher in August 2021. Loren then gave birth to Ariel in September 2022.
