Big Brother evictee Matt Hardeman has revealed if he thinks his relationship with Makensy Manbeck could turn into something romantic once they’re both in the real world together.

Matt and Makensy sparked up flirtatious banter while they were competing in the Big Brother house, and they teamed up as allies in a “Barber Shop” alliance.

Following a dispute with the season’s first Head of Household, Angela Murray, Matt was evicted from Big Brother during the show’s July 25 episode, leaving Makensy crying in the house and missing him.

Matt revealed that he and Makensy could have “absolutely” turned into a showmance had he stayed in the game during an interview with Us Weekly.

“I think me and Makensy, on paper, are like peas and carrots,” Matt said.

“We even found out we were almost at the same concert days before we both entered into this [Big Brother casting] process and experience. Both of our lives align, our values and what we want.”

The 25-year-old tech sales representative from Georgia therefore teased, “I don’t think our story’s over.”

Prior to Matt’s eviction, he and Makensy slept in beds that were right next to each other, and the pair was caught on-camera talking in the night.

Makensy shared in the Diary Room how Matt was “sweet and kind,” and she said she loved getting to know him better. Makensy even teased viewers that they should “stay tuned” to see what could happen next.

Makensy and Matt, however, didn’t get a chance to spark a love connection in the Big Brother house given Matt was the first person evicted through an 8-3 vote instead of his pal Kenney Kelley.

When Matt exited the Big Brother house, Makensy — who has “America’s Veto” superpower that she briefly considered using on Matt — broke down into tears and hugged her friend Leah Peters for comfort.

Angela was essentially responsible for Matt’s eviction, and so Makensy planned to gun for her as soon as possible.

Angela had accused Matt of “aggressively” verbally “threatening” her, and she also lashed out at Matt calling him “Crazy Eyes” in front of the whole house when Matt didn’t feel he had done anything wrong.

Makensy revealed to the cameras how she was going to fight harder than ever before in the next Head of Household competition so she could seek revenge on Angela and hopefully send her packing.

“I want to make it right for Matt,” Makensy shared with the Big Brother cameras.

But Chelsie Baham ended up winning the HoH competition, and she in turn nominated Angela, Kenney and Lisa Weintraub for eviction, believing that they were all easy targets that would keep blood off her hands.
