Jenn received a special one-on-one date with Jenn in which they went surfing and watched a drone light display in the sky, and Joey gushed about how their lips “fit perfectly together.”
Joey admittedly felt butterflies around Jenn, and he told the bachelorette that he could definitely see a future with her.
Not only that, but Joey pointed out how Jenn always managed to shine on group dates and make him feel special.
Once the cast traveled to Montreal, Canada, Jenn received a group-date rose, and she told The Bachelor star that she was “falling for” him.
“I am on Cloud 9. I almost jumped up and started dancing as soon as I heard that one,” Joey said of Jenn.
“When you hear someone say it to you, it’s one of those things where you know when you know. I don’t feel like I’m fully ready to say it, but I think I’m getting closer.”
Jenn will now be shown traveling to Jasper, Canada with Joey and his five other remaining bachelorettes.

Jenn has had her heart broken by men many times. She has lamented on social media for years about how guys haven’t treated her right.
In late 2021, Jenn shared with her followers, “If a man treats you like he doesn’t care about you, believe him.”
In 2022, Jenn cried to her followers, “I have literally cried every day this week.”
And last year, she admitted she felt “constant disappointment” in men.

Jenn no longer has a relationship with her father
Jenn says that she didn’t see an example of how a happy couple lives and operates by watching her parents.
Jenn explained how her parents had a bad relationship when she was growing up and so she felt doomed for the same fate, to have an unhappy relationship or marriage.
Jenn’s dad apparently slept in her house’s basement and he and Jenn’s mother never hid their fighting from her. Jenn felt alone and unloved by her father, and their relationship deteriorated over the years.
Jenn said her father is no longer a part of her life and dealing with something so traumatic has made her feel unworthy of love.
Jenn is bilingual and a bit of a bookworm
Jenn speaks both English and Vietnamese.
When she’s not studying, Jenn enjoys reading books such as The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo.
Jenn, who is originally from New Jersey, also loves paddleboarding, traveling frequently, and talking about her family’s Vietnamese background.
The Bachelor bachelorette is a big animal lover
Jenn volunteers at the Humane Society of Greater Miami, and she fosters stray cats in her home.
Jenn wrote in January 2023 on Instagram, “Hope everyone’s having a good new year. Here’s a look back on all the cats I fostered last year. May there be more biscuits in my future!!!”
Jenn admitted to a fan, “I regret not adopting them every day” and that she can’t help enough cats.

Jenn appears to be a social-media influencer on the side
While Jenn only has 8,000 followers on Instagram, she boasts over 22,000 followers on TikTok.
Jenn shares study tips with her followers as well as the gear she uses for school.
Jenn admitted on TikTok that she was spoiled growing up and she loves authentic Asian cuisine — but she can’t really cook it herself.
Jenn says her ex-boyfriend got her into PA school
In a TikTok video, Jenn explains that she had moved to Boston right out of college and started dating a boy with a “wiener dog,” and so she dubbed him “Wiener Boy” for the sake of not identifying his name.
Jenn said she was completely head over heels in love with “Wiener Boy” and wanted to marry him. Three months later, this man dumped her and Jenn recalled hitting “rock bottom” and being “in shambles.” She apparently never experienced “a lower low” before in her life.
Jenn, who was constantly reminded of her ex, therefore needed to get away, and so her friend suggested they should take a fun and inexpensive trip to Miami.
Jenn loved her experience in Miami so much that she returned to the city two months later. At that time, she was applying for two-year PA school programs in Boston, New York, and California. Because she loved Miami, she submitted an application for one of the schools there.
“I probably applied to 10 schools… and every single one of those schools rejected me, except for the school in Miami,” Jenn revealed.
“So if I never dated Wiener Boy in the first place and Wiener Boy never broke my heart so badly… I would’ve never gone to Miami and I would’ve never applied to a school in Miami. If I never applied to Miami, I never would’ve gotten into PA school and I wouldn’t be in PA school right now, which is crazy!”
She added, “If Wiener Boy hadn’t broken my heart, I wouldn’t be fulfilling my dreams right now.”
Jenn strongly lives by the motto “Everything happens for a reason”
Jenn believes in trusting the timing in your life. She says she’s grateful for everything that’s happened in her life.
Jenn also thinks that every closed door is an opportunity for another door to open, or at least a window.
Jenn said whenever you feel alone or down in life, trust what the universe has in store for you.
“Truly you can turn everything around,” Jenn says.
