It’s finally happening—the KPop Demon Hunters are going on tour and giving the popular catchphrase, “HUNTR/X girls to the world,” a new meaning.
And personally, I’m not excited to have to battle Ticketmaster (and the bots) for these in-demand tickets, as that’ll surely cost me a fortune.
Huntrix is going on a global tour, as Netflix confirmed a team-up with AEG Presents, streaming giant announced on Wednesday during the Upfront Presentation.
While details remain minimal, the release teases “a live experience that will bring elements of the two-time Oscar-winning film to life in spectacular ways.”
It’s sure to be golden.
“More information regarding cities and tickets on sale coming later this year.”
It’s unclear as of now whether the singing voices of Huntrix (EJAE, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami) or the Saja Boys will be involved; however, the former have been doing plenty of promotion this past year, appearing at various late-night shows and performances, like the Oscars and Coachella with KATSEYE, so it’s presumed they will be involved in some way.
With details under wraps for now, there’s also no information regarding cities, dates, or on-sale dates and times; however, it seems that the 2027 tour will span 150 cities.
For now, there is a waitlist where fans can sign up to get more information as it’s released later this year.
The website KPopDemonHuntersLive.com launched alongside the Upfront’s announcement.
Netflix’s decision comes on the heels of fan demand, though it’s also another way to tap into the hype of the streamer’s massive success, which already has a sequel confirmed.
