With Hispanic Heritage Month beginning September 15, ABC-owned television stations are kicking off the celebrations with a new special, Our America: Todos Unidos.
The special will highlight a collection of personal stories as well as a 60-minute special celebrating Hispanic and Latino cultures. It will also touch on the specific cultural and social challenges unique to their communities.
Beginning on Wednesday, September 15, the special will be available on streaming services provided by TV Apps including Android TV, Fire TV, Roku, Hulu, and Apple Tv.
It will be aired across eight ABC-owned stations in various cities the weekend of September 18-19. There will be additional airings on National Geographic and FX on September 26 and Freeform on September 27.
The special is being executive produced by ABC Owned Television Stations’ Race and Culture executive producers Mariel Calizo Myers, Porsha Grant, and Nzinga Blake. And will be hosted by ABC7/KABC-TV Los Angeles Race and Culture Reporter Anabel Muñoz.
Tune into this special to learn more about the richness and diversity of the Latino and Hispanic communities, encompassing cultures from Mexico, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Venezuela, and beyond.
