Things sure got messy on Big Sky!

I wish that Lindor found something when he revisited Wolf Legarski’s property instead of getting caught.

You would think a Marshal would’ve been better prepared. Wolf knew that Lindor was onto him, so he moved Ronald and Scarlett out of sight.

The whole incident snapped Scarlett back to reality, and she decided to help Ronald escape.

To be honest, I’m surprised it took this long. Wolf has obviously been brainwashing her, and she believed him until she saw Aggie almost kill Ronald and realized that these people that were holding them captive didn’t want to help them at all.

And based on the preview for the winter finale, Ronald has his sights set on our girl Cassie.

I truly hope nothing happens to her, but at this point, Ronald is the least of their problems.

They are digging deeper and deeper into this cartel situation. Doesn’t it seem like everyone in town is somehow involved at this point?

Both Cassie and Jenny stumbled upon Tonya, who is now working for Ren.

While questioning Dietrich about Smiley’s hand, he told Jenny that Ren is part of the cartel.

And Jenny’s gut told her that something was off with Ren, though, she didn’t have any concrete evidence linking Ren to the cartel and the drugs.

It’s frustrating to see Jenny and Cassie so close yet so far from wrapping this case up with a neat little bow.

Hopefully, they’re able to find something out before Bridger and Madison’s parents meet the same fate as T-Lock. He kind of had it coming for stealing the drugs from Max and trying to make a quick buck, though.

Ren and Donno traced the last call Harvey made to Bridger and Madison’s parents, and when Ren paid them a little visit, she recognized Bridger from one of the crime scenes.

Will she realize that he’s the one involved rather than his parents?

The poor kids have been through hell and back since finding the drugs and the money, and the last thing they need is to be responsible for their parent’s death.

They spent most of the episode trying to help the homeless man who saved them and made the connection that he is Seth Creary’s dad, a boy that drowned in a lake.

He has been helping the teens and keeping an eye out so that he can protect them. I truly thought the revelation would be something bigger, but oh well.

Meanwhile, Dietrich and Travis/Rand were trying to find out what happened to Smiley. When they encountered TLock at Smiley’s house aka the crime scene, Dietrich immediately thought he was responsible and asked Travis to put him in the hole.

Of course, Travis is undercover, so my guess is that he’s somehow going to help TLock out of this situation.

I wish that Travis and Jenny would just join forces and bring everyone down.

Travis doesn’t want to ruin his cover, but at this point, I feel like he has so much evidence against everyone!

I really hope nothing happens to him because man, I was feeling all the feels when he called Jenny to ominously tell her that he loves her.

BIG SKY – ÒLittle BoxesÓ Ð Cassie and Jenny discover a gruesome message meant for Dietrich in their search to find Travis, leading them to fear the worst. Elsewhere, Tonya works to gain DonnoÕs trust and RenÕs ear, and the kids hope to stay out of sight as they tend to CrearyÕs injuries. Meanwhile, Cassie has an emotional breakthrough and Ronald and Scarlet work to break out on ÒBig Sky,Ó THURSDAY, DEC. 9 (10:01-11:00 p.m. EST), on ABC. (ABC/Karen Kuehn)
BRIAN GERAGHTY

This is a high-stakes game, so it’s better to let your feelings be known before it’s too late.

Which is why I guess it’s a good thing that Lindor and Cassie finally kissed. It’s about time.

In this game, there’s always big fish and bigger fish. While Donno, Ren, and now, Tonya, seemed like they were at the top of the food chain, in swooped her brother and his bodyguard to make them look small and pathetic.

Seeing mad man Donno knocked to the floor like that proves that we haven’t seen anything yet.

Also, is anyone else totally digging Donno and Tonya’s Huck and Quinn vibes? It’s like I’m watching Scandal all over again. Nothing like murder and cleaning up body parts to bond people.

What does Ren’s brother have planned? He wants his drugs, but Smiley and TLock had them, so where are they now?

And how will this all end?

How does Ronald’s storyline fit in? Will Aggie meet her match with Scarlett? It was foolish of Wolf to leave his wife alone.

The anticipation for the winter finale has never been more palpable.

I’m just glad season 2 of Big Sky delivered a gripping mystery with plenty of big twists.
