Days of Our Lives Spoilers For The Week of 6-15-26 Promise Danger Ahead For Holly and Tate And More Cruelty in the Lexie Storyline

I can’t stand this Lexie/Abe/Paulina storyline.

It’s just too cruel, and Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 6-15-26 suggest it’s about to get worse.

Meanwhile, Holly and Tate encounter trouble at the Horton Cabin — could Sophia not be dead after all?

Holly and Tate’s Drama Is More Predictable, But What Exactly Is Going On Here?

It’s unsurprising that Holly and Tate end up in trouble at the Horton Cabin — that place is never as idyllic as promised.

In the past, the cabin has been the source of kidnappings, fires, and storm-related accidents, so there was no way that Holly, Ari, Tate, and Aaron were going to have a fun, or even an uneventful, time.

The only question is what will happen to them.

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 6-15-26 show Holly collapsing in Tate’s arms, likely tied to the ongoing investigation into tainted drugs.

Amy would love to think that Holly was still using drugs recreationally so she could discredit her further, but she doesn’t seem the murderous type, so it’s not likely that she’s involved — but her supposedly dead daughter is another story.

After all, Sophia poisoned Holly before, and her body was never found. So could she be hiding out at the cabin or messing with Holly’s prescription again?

The other possibility is that EJ’s plan to get Amy goes horribly wrong — possibly on purpose.

EJ is diabolical. His revenge plans are never straightforward.

Although he loves his former stepdaughter (or, at least, claims to), I wouldn’t put it past EJ to poison Holly in order to implicate Amy somehow, thus getting rid of her, but at the risk of Holly’s life.

That doesn’t quite feel right yet, but nothing does, and EJ’s twisted involvement makes as much sense as anything else.

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 6-15-26 have Brady’s investigation into Destiny’s suspicious death lead to the conclusion that DiMera Pharmaceuticals might have been involved.

EJ will need to cover his tracks fast if that’s the case, especially if it also is about to become public knowledge that something is wrong with the so-called miracle drug that resurrected Lexie.

So, if Sophia isn’t secretly alive, EJ might want to simultaneously point attention at the dead girl’s ghost (or her mother) and cover the problems with Dimera Pharmaceuticals. Maybe.

Meanwhile, Abe and Lexie Cause More Pain for Paulina

This Lexie/Abe/Paulina triangle is not good, soapy drama. It’s a mess with an expiration date, and the sooner this ends, the better.

First of all, it’s beyond cruel for Lexie to die again or be in danger of it. Abe and Theo already mourned the loss once, and there is no need to put them through this again.

Lexie’s decision to keep her health status secret so she doesn’t worry them is also cruel. It’s understandable that she doesn’t want to cause unnecessary pain, but if she’s at risk of developing dementia and then dying and they don’t even know, that will make it worse when she does succumb to the disease.

Of course, Rolf has good news on that front, according to Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 6-15-26 — but that is likely a false positive.

Lexie is only supposed to be in Salem for a few months, and there isn’t any logical way to write her out besides another death. I suppose she could have an epiphany and leave town so that Abe and Paulina can reunite, but that would feel arbitrary and unsatisfying.

Putting aside the issue of her impending death, Lexie promises to be cruel in another way, although in this case, it may be accidental.

The Days of Our Lives spoiler video suggests that Lexie is surprised to learn that Paulina and Abe’s anniversary fell on Juneteenth after running into Paulina at the holiday’s annual celebration.

That will make Paulina’s pain even worse. Not only does she not have her husband on their third or fourth anniversary (I’ve lost track, and anyway, Days of Our Lives could always invent a number if it feels like it!), but she has to run into him and Lexie while trying to keep her mind off the loss.

This will be especially hard to bear right now because Paulina is so worried about Chanel’s health while trying to put on a good face for her daughter.

Paulina is so desperate that she begged EJ for help. I don’t understand how the resurrection drug could possibly help a still-alive person who is fighting an aggressive cancer, but Salem logic says it could, and Paulina is devastated that EJ won’t give Chanel the drug.

Johnny and Chanel will undoubtedly reject the idea of this kind of help anyway, but it’s not clear what they will do or how they will feel once Chanel’s chemo begins and she’s seriously ill or there is a threat to the baby’s health.
