Spoilers

New York Comic Con is in full swing this Saturday, and with it comes teasers and trailers for upcoming TV Series.

CBS All Access offered new looks at Star Trek: Discovery and Star Trek: Picard, while Amazon offered a look at the latest season of The Expanse (Amazon’s first), and FX teased Devs.

Let’s take a look!

First up is Devs, from Alex Garland.

Debuting in Spring 2020, Devs is a limited series that focuses on a young software engineer named Lily Chan (Sonoya Mizuno) who works for Amaya, a cutting-edge tech company based in Silicon Valley.

After her boyfriend’s apparent suicide, Lily suspects foul play and begins to investigate. She quickly realizes that all roads lead to Forest (Nick Offerman), Amaya’s enigmatic CEO, and Devs, the company’s secret development division.

In Lily’s quest to discover the truth, she uncovers a technology-based conspiracy that could change the world.

They didn’t give us much to work with by way of a tease, but we’re used to that from FX, right?

Today, Amazon Prime Video presented the world premiere of the first episode of Season 4 of The Expanse at New York Comic Con.

Following the screening, the cast and showrunner revealed an all new teaser trailer, giving fans new insights into the highly anticipated season, its first as an Amazon Original series.

The fourth season of the Hugo Award-winning series The Expanse will premiere on Friday, December 13 on Amazon Prime Video.

Season 4 of The Expanse begins a new chapter for the series with the crew of the Rocinante on a mission from the U.N. to explore new worlds beyond the Ring Gate.

The Expanse Season 4 Poster

Humanity has been given access to thousands of Earth-like planets which has created a land rush and furthered tensions between the opposing nations of Earth, Mars and the Belt.

Ilus is the first of these planets, one rich with natural resources but also marked by the ruins of a long dead alien civilization.

While Earthers, Martians and Belters maneuver to colonize Ilus and its natural resources, these early explorers don’t understand this new world and are unaware of the larger dangers that await them.

Today’s Star Trek Universe New York Comic-Con panel brought fans 930 years into the future, when Sonequa Martin-Green introduced a never-before-seen STAR TREK: DISCOVERY season three teaser trailer to the audience at Madison Square Garden.

After making the jump in the second season finale, season three of Star Trek: Discovery finds the U.S.S. Discovery crew dropping out of the wormhole and into an unknown future far from the home they once knew.

Now living in a time filled with uncertainty, the U.S.S. Discovery crew, along with the help of some new friends, must together fight to regain a hopeful future. Season three of Star Trek: Discovery is set to premiere in 2020 exclusively on CBS All Access in the U.S.

And finally, fans were served the ultimate Trek treat at New York Comic Con today when Sir Patrick Stewart debuted a new Star Trek: Picard trailer during the series’ New York Comic Con panel at Madison Square Garden.
