Now, she’s on a mission to help others.

“If no one has told you today, let me tell you. Taking time for yourself is not selfish. It’s necessary,” the TLC star said in the video, wearing a modest red long-sleeved shirt. “You deserve to be cared for by you. Fill your cup first so you show up for others fully.”
