She and her husband Austin have revealed their son’s name, Gunner James. While there is a lot of talk about the newest addition to the Duggar family, something else has caught fans’ attention.

In the video, it looks like Joy-Anna’s sister-in-law, Abbie Duggar, made an appearance. She’s married to John-David Duggar. Counting On fans may know that Abbie has her nursing license, but they didn’t know if she was actively working. She keeps pretty quiet on social media and seldom talks about her life online.
However, in Joy-Anna’s new video, it looks like Abbie was working at the hospital. She appears to be weighing Baby Gunner, as you can see in the photos below. Her curly blonde hair is somewhat visible. After releasing the video, Joy-Anna and Austin made some changes and blurred out the nurse’s face. But several fans captured screenshots before the video was edited.
It’s also worth noting that Joy-Anna mentioned her sister-in-law working at the hospital. Some fans thought it was Austin’s sister, but based on the screenshots below, and it looks like it’s actually Abbie Duggar.
