Abby Lee Miller had surgery that saved her life. However, for years after, she had bad abdominal pain. They dismissed her pain and would not do anything about it. However, she finally got them to do scans. Once she did this, they found that there was still a catheter in her body from the previous surgery. So, they did an emergency procedure to remove the catheter. This was shocking for fans to hear. However, they were glad that she got answers to her pain. Abby then decided to sue the hospital and two doctors. She dragged all of them on social media.

Abby Lee Miller has decided to remove the two doctors from her malpractice lawsuit. This is something she realized was wrong. She even issued an apology to them.
“Ms. Miller apologizes to Dr. Melamed and Dr. Dwan for any distress this lawsuit has caused, as well as the reputational harm and emotional impact caused by Ms. Miller’s false and defamatory statements. Ms. Miller expressly acknowledges that any negative past statements made by or on behalf of her regarding the care and treatment provided by Dr. Melamed or Dr. Dwan are retracted and should not be relied upon or repeated by her or anyone acting on her behalf.”
However, she is still suing the hospital for $1.4 million.
It seems as though Abby removed the two doctors from the lawsuit. There is no proof that they did anything wrong. Abby also issued an apology for dragging their names. However, she is still suing the hospital for leaving the catheter in. Fans were shocked to hear that this happened to her. However, they are glad that she got it all figured out.
