Fans of TLC’s OutDaughtered wonder how Adam Busby has coped with watching his beautiful wife Danielle struggle with a mysterious illness for an extended period of time. Fortunately, during their recent press tour in New York City, Adam Busby shed a little light on how things looked and felt from his end of things. What did Adam have to say about everything? Adam Busby Addresses Watching Danielle Struggle With Her Health
During an exclusive interview with US Weekly, Adam Busby admitted it was “tough” to watch his wife struggle with her health. The TLC father, however, always did what he could to support his wife and give her everything she needed to make things work.
That’s [the] thing with an autoimmune disorder. You don’t know what it is and you don’t know when it’s gonna flare up and there’s all these, like, unknowns. Like, one day she could be perfectly fine or … all of a sudden the next day she can hardly get out of bed.”
For Adam Busby, there were days when Danielle’s health made having six children even more difficult as he was handed the difficult task of managing them all because his beautiful wife was unable to get out of bed and help her because of the war raging beneath her skin.
Fortunately, Danielle and Adam Busby things have gotten a bit better for the couple. For example, Danielle reports she hasn’t had a migraine in the past six months. Doing the math, this means the TLC mother has been migraine-free since roughly February of this year.
The breakdown of this timeline, however, does confirm Danielle was struggling with her health when they kicked off filming Season 9.
During the same interview, Adam also told fans how “cool” it was to return to filming after two years. Both Adam and Danielle admit they consider the crew to be like family and they enjoyed getting to see them again.
Adam added: “It felt like old times and it was cool just to see, like, the crew members that returned this past season, just because they’re like family to us.”
