America’s Got Talent fans were livid and outraged after an AGT group performed a disgusting act on stage.
This week, America’s Got Talent took to social media to share a clip of an unconventional circus act. But viewers slammed the show and network for airing an “inappropriate” performance. Read on to find out what went on during the performance, and why people were so furious.

Before we talk about the disgusting act that prompted outrage, we want to talk about the AGT hot topic of the summer: Simon Cowell.
Back in June, a story seemed to break that was passed around online bearing what appeared to be People Magazine’s logo. This “report” claimed that show judge Simon Cowell was leaving the show. Of course, people immediately started talking. After all, there are people online who believe American Idol lost its luster after Simon walked away. So there was instant discussion about whether or not America’s Got Talent was about to take a downward turn as well.
Luckily, Snopes.com quickly put the rumor to rest. They labeled the story “false” and reassured fans that the story did not come from People Magazine. Rather, it came from a website masquerading as a reputable news outlet. They use other outlets’ logos to try to boost their own authority. So for now, Simon is sticking around.
AGT Fans Were Livid And Outraged Over A Disgusting Act
Unfortunately, that means Simon Cowell was around for the act that stirred so much outrage this week.
AGT‘s social media account shared a post with the caption, “@bombacircus left little to the imagination.” Bomba!’s website describes the group; “Bomba! is a modern comic circus show, the creation of three Israeli circus artists, Amit, Noam & Yaron.”
In the clip shared by AGT, the group acted out a routine with an orange ball and wooden sports paddles. They juggled the ball between paddles and showed off their coordination and planning with impressive moves. But there was a catch: the three men appeared to be completely naked. They used the paddles to protect their modesty. But judges Simon, Sofia Vergara, Heidi Klum, and Howie Mandel all looked increasingly nervous as the act went on.

Ultimately, the judges voted to let the act advance to the next round. However, viewers at home were a little less impressed. One fan wrote on social media that the act should not be allowed on TV, adding, “Everything is so disgusting these days no one has any self respect!” Others expressed concern that AGT is often watched by young children. Some called the act “weird” or “disgusting,” and deemed it “not family safe.”
