Alex Cooper is the host of the podcast Call Her Daddy. However, she used her platform to launch Unwell Beverages. She did not like how all hydration drinks were focused and catered to men. This was something she wanted to change. So, she did change it. The product was mainly sold at Target. However, there is only going to be one more launch for fall, and then it will go away completely. This has shocked fans as they thought it was doing well.
She Shuts Down Business After Husband Creates Toxic Workplace
It is said that Alex’s husband, Matt, is not a good person to work for. He is constantly berating and yelling at the staff. So, a lot of people were going to up and walk away from their jobs if something did not change. Did this lead to the shutting down of Unwell? There is no telling if this is the main reason. However, it could play a big part. Staff members were left in tears when he yelled at them and “threatened to prevent them from ever working in Hollywood again,”. Yikes. This is not a good look for Alex, Matt, or their company. Something has to change for the company.
It seems as though Matt was not someone anyone enjoyed working for. He was constantly yelling at people and berating them. This did not sit well with anyone. A lot of the staff was going to up and quit if things did not change. Alex needs to not let him be in charge of anything, or she is going to lose all of her staff members. There is no telling if this is the main reason Unwell Beverages is going away or not.
