Fans of American Pickers are a picky bunch. They know what they want and they know when they want it. With the ratings of the megahit from The History Channel plummeting, fans of American Pickers are making even more demands on the cable television station. These passionate fans are not shy about telling The History Channel exactly what they want and what they will do if their demands are not met.
American Pickers Fans Are Not Happy
Fans of the reality television show, American Pickers, are not happy with much of anything on The History Channel’s hit show. It appears nothing about the show is what the fans want. According to the fans, The History Channel is not doing anything to make the show what the loyal fans want.
All of this is happening as the ratings of American Pickers are bottoming out. Fans are not willing to watch a television show that is not delivering what they want. Unless The History Channel is able to make the fans happy, the future of the show could be on very thin ice.
Mike Wolfe Drove Away
Adding to all the drama of the behind-the-scenes issues, Mike Wolfe, the star of American Pickers, simply drove away. He posted a photo of himself in one of his many cars. In the caption, he explained how it was “good to be home.”
This photo meant he was no longer filming American Pickers. His fellow co-stars and co-pickers were still in Alabama. They were still filming the show as Mike Wolfe made his way back to Tennessee.
Previous Demands
In addition to the current demands, fans of American Pickers are demanding to know what happened to Dave Orht. Dave Orht is a fan favorite. He is now as the “assembler” because he is able to create new works of art using things from the past. Orht has not been seen on the show for about four years, back in 2020. He was last seen about the time Frank Fritz was last seen. It is unknown if that is a just a coincidence or not.
The biggest demand the fans have made lately is the return of Frank Fritz. As previously mentioned Frank Fritz left the show in 2020. This was due to a back injury. About a year after his back injury, The History Channel fired him. Sadly, after being fired, Frank Fritz suffered a stroke. Even if The History Channel would rehire him, it is unknown if he is healthy enough to return to work. This doesn’t matter to the fans. Many of them making threats against American Pickers. Those fans are saying if Fritz does not return, they will not watch the show.
American Pickers Fans Current Demand
The fans of American Pickers have a new demand. They want The History Channel to fire Robbie Wolfe. Robbie Wolfe is Mike Wolfe’s brother. They are claiming he knows nothing about antiques. Fans have also accused Robbie Wolfe of being “grouchy.”
The fans seem to have a solution to replacing the grouchy know nothing. They have suggested Dave Orht return to the show. Fans of American Pickers want him to replace Robbie Wolfe and star alongside of Mike Wolfe. This might be a step in the right direction. Instead of threatening to boycott the show, the fans are offering a possible solution.
