Amy Halterman Mourns Brother’s Death: ‘Love You Bro’
Tragedy struck the 1000-Lb. Sisters family as they kicked off the month of July saying goodbye to a loved one. As Tv Shows Ace previously reported, Tammy Slaton’s husband Caleb Willingham has passed away. Amanda Halterman was the first to break the news as she asked fans to whisper prayers for the family during this difficult time.
Tammy Slaton has since taken to Instagram to issue a statement on the passing of her husband, stating that she would miss him dearly. And, she thanked him for showing her what it felt like to really be loved.
Amy Halterman has now joined the mix by taking to her TikTok to share a heartbreaking slideshow with her followers. The slideshow featured a photo of herself at Caleb and Tammy’s wedding.
In a caption on top of the photo, Amy Halterman told Caleb Willingham to “rest in peace” as she thanked him for being there for the family. Amy concluded her post by declaring her love for her brother.

At this time, Caleb Willingham’s cause of death has not been made public. Fans of 1000-Lb. Sisters suspect his cause of death is related to his weight or potentially his broken heart as he was rumored to be getting a divorce from Tammy Slaton.
The Divorce Was Not Finalized
As Tv Shows Ace reported, Tammy Slaton reportedly had a legal team lined up and was working on the process of getting a divorce from Caleb. The divorce was reportedly “in progress” when Caleb’s health started to decline.
It is unclear how recently Caleb Willingham spent time with Tammy Slaton or anyone in her family as all of the photos the family has shared as they mourned his passing are from Tammy’s wedding or when their relationship first kicked off.
