Many Duggar fans recall seeing Amy on 19 Kids & Counting and Counting On. Because of her appearances on her famous family’s shows, she has gained quite a few followers on social media. She was also on Marriage Boot Camp. Currently, she has 436,000 followers, which comes with its pros and cons. One positive is that this gives her the opportunity to make money by promoting products on social media. However, because so many people see her posts, she gets a lot of backlash too.
In the past, fans have called her out for putting her son Daxton King in unsafe situations. Her followers also feel that she tries to profit off the Duggar family name while also trying to disassociate herself from them.
Now, once again, she’s under fire for one of her social media posts.

On her Instagram Stories this weekend, the Duggar cousin shared a new post, shouting out her husband Dillon King for making her a nice meal. She snapped a photo of her food and wrote, “I just want to brag on my husband!!!”
Amy King didn’t share exactly what Dillon cooked for her, but looks like scrambled eggs topped with avocado slices. On the side are potatoes.

Duggar fans get nasty, but why?
On Reddit, Duggar fans and snarkers shared the photo. While Amy King was happy about this meal prepared by her hubby, fans had a different reaction. One issue is that no one can identify exactly what is on Amy’s plate. Others think it looks unappetizing.
One Reddit user said, “Idk, the eggs look cold and dried out while the squash hash? I think? looks as soggy as a shower shoe.”
A couple of Reddit users pointed out that Dillon even owns a restaurant called Wellington’s. So, they are curious how his restaurant remains in business when he serves his wife food like this.
Even though fans and critics aren’t so sure about Dillon’s cooking skills, Amy certainly seems to be happy.
