Bachelor alum Lesley Ann Murphy shared with her followers Sunday night that she and her husband Alex Kavanagh are having baby number two. How she announced the pregnancy is super adorable and special.
Lesley went to Instagram to share a video of herself along with her husband and daughter dancing in the kitchen. She captioned the video, “Kitchen dances just got a little more crowded🥰Baby Kav #2 coming Fall 2023!!!” The song playing in the video is “Be My Baby” by The Ronettes.
In the video, fans can see the three of them dancing with Lesley’s growing baby bump. Alex and their daughter bend down and kiss Lesley’s growing stomach.
What makes this video and announcement so special? This is the exact way that Lesley and Alex announced having their first child. When they shared with fans that they were expecting their first child, they shared a video also dancing in their kitchen. They also used the same song.

Their relationship
Lesley and Alex were one of many couples who had to postpone their wedding due to the pandemic. They were finally able to wed on October 14, 2022, in Hawaii. Their daughter was a part of their special day and the two wouldn’t have it any other way.
Alex popped the question to Lesley in February 2020. In February 2021 they welcomed their daughter Nora. Now with Nora being just over two, they are excited to welcome a new baby to their family this fall.
So far the happy couple has not shared what the gender of their baby is. What do you think she will be having this time?
When Lesley made the announcement she also discussed being sensitive to others who are trying to conceive and can’t or are having issues doing so. She acknowledged this struggle and said she understands and will be there for those who wish to talk about it all.
