Lindsay Lohan will be starring in a leading television role for the first time in the upcoming Hulu series Count My Lies, which also stars Shailene Woodley and Kit Harington. The series began filming in New York City earlier this year, and behind-the-scenes photos of the cast have surfaced.
Count My Lies is a television adaptation of Sophie Stava’s book of the same name. Lohan plays Violet Lockhart in the series, while Harington plays her husband, Jay Lockhart, and Woodley will portray Sloane Calloway, who becomes the Lockhart’s nanny after coming across Jay and his daughter in the park.
The problem? “Sloane Caraway is a liar,” according to the book’s description. “Harmless lies, mostly, to make her self-proclaimed sad, little life a bit more interesting.” She may not be the only one lying, though, which is the catalyst for the story.
