A trio of bonus episodes will stream exclusively on Disney+ this summer, following the series’ recent landmark 800th episode. The episodes will include the double-episode “Extreme Makeover: Homer Edition” streaming on June 17, and full-length episodes “Simpsley,” streaming July 3, and “Yellow Mirror,” streaming August 26.

In the episode “Extreme Makeover: Homer Edition,” Homer (Dan Castellaneta) and Marge (Julie Kavner) embark on a fun couples’ date night, but their romantic outing quickly goes awry when Marge learns that the kids are unsupervised, with only the doorbell camera to keep an eye on their antics. Frustrated with Homer and his, ahem, Homerness, a booze-fueled Marge stirs up a trilogy of fantasies of different Homers. The episode also features guest star Betty Gilpin, as well as musical guests Laufey and Tegan and Sara.

In this exclusive sneak peek, Marge ventures to a retro video arcade where Gen X-ers and older millennials can relive their 8-bit childhoods as she meets up with the other couples for a night out. Guest star Betty Gilpin plays Amy, Lenny’s (Harry Shearer) wine-loving date, who quickly wins over the group with her good humor about Starbucks mix-ups.

Future episodes include “Simpsley,” which promises to be a parody of The Talented Mr. Ripley, and “Yellow Mirror,” in which poor Homer needs to face a heartbreaking truth.

The new episodes continue Disney+’s growing collection of exclusive The Simpsons content, which includes previous installments “Yellow Planet,” “The Past and the Furious,” and “O C’Mon All Ye Faithful.”

All 36 seasons, plus The Simpsons Movie and almost a dozen shorts and more, can be found in The Simpsons Collection on Disney+.
