Romance is heating up in the kitchen on the new episode of Beat Bobby Flay.
Brooke Williamson will appear on the Tuesday, July 14, episode of her boyfriend Bobby Flay‘s Food Network competition series, serving as a guest host alongside fellow chef Damaris Phillips. In a sneak peek clip shared on the network’s Instagram page on Monday, July 13, Flay got a chance to show some sweet PDA with his real-life partner during the episode.
“I’m gonna go check out what’s going on,” Williamson states before getting up to visit the episode’s competitors at their cooking stations. Before she can walk over, Flay asks, “Can I help you get into the kitchen?” Phillips goes on to suggest to Flay “carry her” over to the station.
Flay does just that, and proceeds to pick up Williamson romantically. “Oh, my god!” Phillips shouts, while Williamson giggles. Flay, for his part, smiles as he carries Williamson over to one of the contestants and places her down at their station.
“It makes me feel a little bit like a third wheel,” Phillips quips at the end of the clip.
Fans gushed over the sweet interaction in the post’s comments. “Well that ended my crush on Bobby since he loves someone else!” one person joked. Another added, “We all feel like a third wheel now.” Chef Christina Miros, who will compete on the episode, said in a comment of her own, “Date night at my station.”
Some fans said that the couple should keep the romantic gestures off the show, with one user writing, “A bit much… Anyone who watches Food Network knows that Bobby and Brook are dating so this is a lil bit in poor taste. Stick with your cats Bobby they make better T.V.” A different person posted, “We know you are happy and all, but keep it professional at work.”
News broke in March 2025 that Flay and Williamson were dating. Flay was previously married to Debra Ponzek from 1991 to 1993, Kate Connelly from 1995 to 1998, and Stephanie March from 2005 to 2015, and shares his daughter, Sophie, with Connelly. Williamson, meanwhile, shares her son, Hudson, with her ex-husband, Nick Roberts, to whom she was married from 2007 to 2024.
In another Beat Bobby Flay preview posted by Food Network’s Instagram on Sunday, July 12, Flay got flirty while introducing Williamson at the beginning of the episode. “Tonight, I’m joined by two lovely ladies. One is my pal, and one is my permanent gal,” he stated. “Please welcome Damaris Phillips and the woman that makes me coffee and toast in the morning, Brooke Williamson.”
Williamson laughed at her introduction before asking, “Do I need to be making you toast in the morning?” He replied, “No, but sometimes you do. I love breakfast.” She went on to state, I promised you pancakes this weekend. I’m gonna do that.”
