Brielle Biermann was by her mother, Kim Zolciak’s, side at her brother KJ’s bond hearing on Friday, September 11th. They both appeared very somber as they hoped he would be released on bond, which he ultimately was. Now, in a resurfaced clip from 2025, Brielle revealed that her brother was trouble, especially with the young ladies. Keep reading for more on what she had to say.
KJ Biermann Was Just Released on Bond
On August 17th, KJ Biermann was arrested for alleged sexual battery of a minor. He was then held at Georgia’s Metro Regional Youth Detention Center until his bond hearing that happened on September 11th. His mother, Kim Zolciak, and sister, Brielle Biermann, were in attendance to support him. Furthermore, if he were to be released, he could go live with his mom, as she is unemployed and could keep an eye on him. He did make bond and will be staying with Kim until his arraignment on October 14th. During the bond hearing, it came out that he had been under court supervision since October 2025.
However, that had been kept private, and the public just learned that he had somewhat of a past. Yet, Brielle spoke on the Heir Time podcast in September 2025, just a month before he was placed under court supervision. She explained that KJ was already big into the ladies at 14. Moreover, he was spending an excessive amount of money on them and even sneaking out of the house:
“KJ is 14 going into high school and he is fast, okay? I’m like, ‘KJ, calm down. Like, calm down, okay? There’s enough women for later. Like, you’re going into high school. You’re just starting, my man.’”
He would message his sister asking for $100 to buy a girl food, and then he drained her Lyft account:
“This kid has drained my Lyft account. I cannot believe that I’m not banned on there yet. He calls me every other night, ‘Brielle. It’s 10:30. Mom doesn’t know I’m out. Can you get me a Lyft?’ Oh, I hope I don’t get KJ in trouble.”
Brielle Biermann had no idea that what she was saying then would come back and hold so much weight in 2026.

Enabling KJ
After Brielle Biermann’s podcast appearance resurfaced, fans and followers immediately felt the family knew what was going on. Moreover, they felt that they enabled KJ Biermann, and that was extremely detrimental. Since his phone was taken in for evidence, the question is whether or not the Zelle and Lyft records will be subpoenaed:
- This did not age well
- Those Lyft records, zelle account and texts gonna be subpoenaed 😩😩😩
- The whole dang family knew…
- This is damning if nothing else 😳. Whew. Whole family bout to be at the precinct and potentially treated as a hostile witness. My God, they knew so much & no one did more?!
Then, some just felt that Brielle Biermann was just trying to be a cool sister, which could be true. She is set to get married this year and is allegedly not putting anything on hold.
