Bunnie Xo appears to be thriving right now, but amid her initial split from Jelly Roll, she was struggling immensely. It had gotten so bad that the podcaster and author relied on baby food to survive. So, what else helped her get through? Keep reading for more details on how she truly suffered in silence.
Bunnie Xo Suffered In Silence
When it was announced that Jelly Roll had filed for divorce from Bunnie Xo, no one could believe that this had happened. However, they had one extreme fight, and that ended it all. It seemed there was much more to it, but this argument was the straw that broke the camel’s back. They divided assets quite quickly and are now officially divorced. Jelly is allegedly seeing someone new, and Bunnie is living her best life. Yet, when the split first happened, it took a dramatic toll on the 46-year-old, and she was suffering brutally.

She has shared some of the details, but made it clear that she and Jelly Roll would remain best friends. Additionally, they would still co-parent a future baby that they have been undergoing IVF to create. With all of the happiness and positivity surrounding their split, fans wondered if it was a PR stunt or if Bunnie was really mourning the divorce. As it turned out, she was grieving more than many knew, and it was her best friends who had to help pick her up off the ground:
“There was moments when my team had to pick me up off the floor and give me IVs.”
Moreover, she was dropping weight to the tune of twenty pounds and eating “baby food” to survive. She joked that “heartbreak” was the “best freaking diet” to Jenna Bush Hager on her Open Book podcast.
The reason Bunnie Xo has decided to speak is that she wants to make it clear that things are not rainbows and butterflies. She has been in mourning over this, and just because she goes out and has fun does not mean it doesn’t hurt.
