In the new series, House Of Kardashian, Caitlyn Jenner is talking about The Kardashians stars in a new way. There has been some controversy about the series, as the Kardashian-Jenner family doesn’t have the right to edit the film. Notably, in the first episode, Caitlyn disclosed information about her former wife’s marriage to Robert Kardashian. Caitlyn reveals she was a key factor in Kris Jenner and Robert Kardashian’s divorce finalization.
Caitlyn Jenner Brings Up History In House Of Kardashian
In the first episode of the newest Kardashian docuseries, House Of Kardashian on Peacock, Caitlyn Jenner dives into the family history. At the time, Caitlyn Jenner was known as Bruce Jenner. She confesses, that when she came into Kris Jenner’s life, then Kris Kardashian, was having a difficult time with Robert Kardashian. Specifically, during the divorce proceedings in 1991, Robert did many things to make The Kardashians matriarch unhappy. “He was doing everything to kind of make her life miserable,” Caitlyn recalls. “I saw what was going on from the outside and just said, ‘This is ridiculous.’” For this reason, it prompted Caitlyn to take action. Furthermore, she decided to invite Robert to dinner to hash things out.
Caitlyn Reflects On Sitting Down With Robert
Additionally, Caitlyn Jenner reflects, “We met on Hamburger Hamlet on Sunset Boulevard, just the two of us in a booth in the back.” Admittedly, she was straightforward with Robert, saying, “I basically said to him Kris is moving on. Sorry, but she’s moving on. I said, ‘I can take over from here. So, let’s just make this final signing of the papers as simple as possible.’ And he did.” Notably, the former Olympian has a history of being blunt. For example, she recently stated her opinion on X and chose to stick with it although it received backlash for being derogatory.
Caitlyn Jenner Didn’t Waste Any Time
Perhaps because Bruce Jenner was a former Olympian, he was driven to accomplish things and do them quickly. While Kris and Caitlyn Jenner, then Bruce, had only been dating for four months, they wasted no time after the divorce was finalized. Nonetheless, they raced to the alter just a month after the proceeding concluded. Caitlyn says, “I wanted to get the wedding over with so we could move on with a normal life, even if it’s four kids and four step-kids. As normal a life as we can make it.”
