During the Sister Wives Tell-All, several unraveling truths came to light. But fans not only saw the jaw-dropping moments, they also sleuthed out clues that show some fairly interesting points to think about. Notably, one hidden jewel seems to point to Christine Brown’s library and Borderline Personality Disorder.

Christine Brown Brings Up An Important Topic In The Sister Wives’ Tell-All

In the Sunday Tell-All Part 3 episode of Sister Wives, Christine Brown discusses one area that caused extreme tension between the sister wives. At the time, Meri, Janelle, Christine, Robyn, and Kody Brown were all working with a therapist to discover their personality types with a test. Seemingly, the exercise was to assist the family in understanding one another better. Then Christine says there was an issue that kept arising about a personality test that was taken. She thought it was hashed out between her and Robyn, but it resurfaced again and again. It revolved around Robyn being dramatic.

Christine Brown Discusses One Point Of Contention

Then, Christine Brown described the issue Robyn had with her to the interviewer, Suki Krishnan. She says, “Her personality type loves drama. They love drama. They love talking about their drama. So other people can feel how they feel. On the flip side, they love listening to everybody’s drama. They love it. It’s what they do. They live for that connection with people over drama. That’s what she got mad at, me calling her dramatic.”

Both Janelle and Meri Brown acknowledged they remember taking the test and recall it being fairly accurate. Although they couldn’t remember all the details, they do recollect it happened. However, Robyn immediately said she hadn’t taken it. Initially, she said if someone knew her results it was because they had taken it for her and answered the questions the way they wanted on her behalf. Later, she thought maybe she remembered something about it. While the information was conflicting, fans were quick to react to the interaction on the Tell-All.

Fans Pick Up On A Sneaky Detail

After the Sister Wives episode aired, fans ran to Reddit to discuss many points from the episode. Specifically, one user posted a photo of Christine Brown’s library from an earlier episode with the caption: “Christine’s bookshelf, S17 E1.” Notably, several books stood out that got the fans talking.

  • “There’s one called Stop Walking on Eggshells.”
  • Someone responds, “That’s about living with borderline personality disorder people.”
  • “My therapist recommended it for dealing with my borderline mom. i wonder who christine bought it to deal with…”
  • Another points out that a family with five adults and eighteen children might spur some reading for educational purposes. They said, “Given the personalities within the family itself, she may just be reading on all the various disorders to better understand varying dynamics. It doesn’t need to be a specific person necessarily. Speaking from my own experiences. I have been obsessed with personality conditions since I watched ‘Call me Anna’. Nobody in our family specifically has anything in particular. However over the years since, I’ve certainly worked with and became friends with various folks that are bipolar specifically.”
  • “Yes! One glance at Christine’s bookshelf told me she had been doing some pretty deep work!”

Personality Test Theory

Additionally, Reddit users began to point to the personality test that Christine Brown referred to as likely being the Enneagram. Other theories are floating around that it is Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). But mostly, fans seem perplexed as to why Robyn would lie and say she never took the test at all.

  • One said, “I just don’t understand why Robyn lied. It makes her so suspicious. Obviously if Suki brought it up to you (Robyn) then another wife has mentioned it. Plenty of people get unbearable about personality tests and how your behavior matches your type. Just say Christine was unbearable about it and called your type ‘dramatic’ and wouldn’t let it go/was bullying you. Why would you pretend not to recall instead of saying something like that? It was such a layup.”
  • Another points out that Robyn is a “4” on the Enneagram. Then someone says, “I’m a four too. seriously, the enneagram is about as scientific as astrology, which is why i think it says a lot about nancy as a therapist that she had them take it.”
